How long does delivery take?

We dispatch the stockwithin 4 business days with Royal Mail first class delivery. The estimated delivery time is 5-6 business days.

How much is postage & packing?

Our delivery charge is £3.99 per order.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

No, we do deliver to the UK mainland only.

Can I use an alternative delivery address?

Yes, when you place your order the system will ask you for your delivery address. You will have an option to add more than one delivery address.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit/debit cards.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before 5 pm after your order has been submitted. We cannot guarantee your contact via the website will be registered before the 5pm deadline. We cannot cancel an order after it has been dispatched.

How can I return items?

If you wish to return the item you have purchased, we will be happy to exchange it for an alternative product or refund you the full purchase price. Goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging.

How are returns reimbursed?

Credit/debit card payments will be reimbursed to your card.
