Delivery

We dispatch the stock within 4 business days with first class delivery. The estimated delivery time is no more than 5-6 business days. Delivery is subject to availability. Your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail. A delivery charge of £3.99 per order will be added to cover postage and packaging.

Please note that we can only deliver to the UK Mainland. We cannot be held responsible if the delivery address provided to us is incorrect. Once the goods have been delivered to the stated address, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with the exchange and returns policy referred to below, you must keep good care of the goods pending their return to us and return them unused in their original packaging.

Payment

All prices and charges are shown in pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable but exclude delivery charges.
Any refund you receive for returned goods will be credited to the payment method used.

Data protection

Viktory’s data protection policy is adhered to all applicable and valid data protection legislations.

The information we store about our customers consists of names, addresses and phone numbers, knowingly submitted to us at the moment of purchase.

We may decide to share your details with third parties for marketing purposes only.
